1. Data controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website and in the BIT Boxing Interval Timer app is:

Mathias Rothärmel
Weidachstraße 10
87549 Rettenberg
Deutschland
Email: support@rothaermel.io

2. The BIT app

BIT is designed to run entirely on your device. No personal data is collected, stored, or transmitted to third parties. There is no user account, no tracking, and no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. All settings and training profiles stay exclusively on your device.

3. This website

This website does not use cookies and does not embed any analytics or tracking services. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes access data (including IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, and browser used) in server log files for technical reasons. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after a short time and are not combined with other data sources.

4. App Store

If you leave this website via the download button and go to Apple's App Store, Apple's privacy policy applies there. We have no influence over data processing on that site.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Since we do not store personal data about you, most of these rights have little practical effect here, if you have questions, you can reach us anytime at support@rothaermel.io.

6. Data retention

Server log files with technical access data are stored for a short period and deleted automatically afterwards; they are not combined with other data sources. Because the BIT app itself never collects or transmits personal data, no separate retention period applies to app usage.
